Herotel Disaster

The level of incompetence from Herotel is quite concerning to say the least. I had a technician come over last week for line installation. He told me the line wasn't live and that he will log a call for maintenance crew to come over. After 2 days with no communication, I then contacted the sales agent regarding this issues. I was shocked when i was told that my ticket had been closed and that it showed my query had been resolved and that i have internet connection. I tried contacting a team leader to dispatch a technician again for my line installation. He promised to send someone before close of business yesterday. No one came and no communication ever took place as to what the delay is. Look for another ISP.
