Herotel

Firstly it took over 10 minutes to load the hellopeter site because my Herotel fibre network is so **** !!!

Herotel Fibre network drops multiple times a day, I call in every week for them to do something about it. The call centre does something on their side then the network seems stable for a couple hours before it drops again.

This is extremely frustrating for us who work from home.

Herotel came out to replace my router and fibre box because they said that could be the reason the network drops but the next day I still had the same issues.

I have done over 5 different WiFi speed tests and it’s all between 10mbs to 15mps … why am I paying for a 50mbs line of I am not getting that speed ???
