Herotel - Customer Non-support

I know I logged ticket a day before a long weekend. But got no feedback from Herotel. Spent hours on their WhatsApp support chat, 20min plus of dead-air between comments from support agent.

Only to be told it is with a different department.

Customer support is more important than almost any other part of business. How can a company like this have such useless customer support.
