Herotel

My wifi went of early in the morning. I tried phoning the technician but he does not answer his phone. I called the callsentre who issued a critical tick. While on the phone with the callsentre he informed me somebody alreade read the ticket. My wife had to go and work at another site as she works on internet. Sewen hours later I got called and asked to switch the router of. With I already did a couple of times. After switching it on I was informed that there is no communication with the tower. A critical ticket will be issued. I phone herotel klerksdorp and was put on hold by a female to go and find ou whats going on. Fifteen minutes later I hanged up. Nobody call back. Herotel got big and just dont care. No service. No help. No ambition. Pathetic.
