Herotel Breedenet - shocking ''service''

Herotel Breedenet isn't worthy of even one star. Their customer 'service' is non-existent - they do not reply to queries via their 'helpdesk ticket' option nor email. Shocking, I wouldn't recommend such a company and am looking for alternatives. Very poor.
