Herotel Bandwidth and internet

Herotel took over Bronbergwisp recently. They do not seem to know how to run their business. Service is poor. They are often offline, and do not return calls or give feedback. People are working from home. Often late at night. Herotel seems to think people do not work on Sundays. It is not the case. Herotel will have to up their workers compliment to deal with the offline queries. We cannot afford to be off on Sundays when we have to submit files for work on Monday.
