Herotel bad service

I have moved from Barberton to Sabie. I requested a transfer of my fiber on the 20th of August. I paid my account up to date on the 28th of September and requested again for a installation of my fiber. I waited a week for someone to contact me, but nothing. I eventually got hold of someone, they needed to install a pole and did so on the 6th of October, since then I can not go hold of anyone to do my fiber installation. This is the worst ISP in SA at the moment.
