Herotel - avoid if possible

Herotel are absolutaly useless! Like Eskom it takes up to 20 minutes for somebody to answer a telephone. I needed a small extension. After the third attempt somebody answered the phone. They sent me a quote - Quote QUO030064 - on 17 Nov 2022. I accepted and was promised somebody will contact me. "Dear K K Thank you for accepting Quote QUO030064.Our team will be in contact to schedule the necessary work.Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any queries.Kind Regards,The sales team, Needless to say nothing happened................ They sent me another quote for the same job - Quote QUO030250! Same thing happened, accepted quote, promise to contact me and needless to say nothing happened................ After another attempt to phone Herotel - 3 times and 20 minutes later -I finally get hold of someone who promised to help. Eventually their team arrived on Friday 27th of Jan 2023 - the appointment was Thursday 26th but nobody made an appearance! After three hours work they left and it is still not working!!!!! And then they have the odassity to ask me about the quality of their work!!! I cant wait to get rid of them!!!
