Herotel as the worst wifi and servixce provider

Herotel is the worst internet provider to date. i live in a complex and the internet drops constantly and i think i spent more airtime on calls with technician who give me the same reason for it being done. i work from home and can never be on a call without the internet dropping. Last night the internet went down in the complex and they on dispatched some in the moring. what happens to us working from home when Herotel cannot provide stable connection.. i would not reffer them to anyone because they are unreliable and the consultant are even more rude!
