This is the worst Wifi company. Please don't do business with them. They are more off line than on line. We have been without internet for more than 9 days, even before the storms hit, we were already off . Their Customer Service people can't assist even if they try. My husband works from home but they just don't care. They are not even answering their phones at this stage. I am really trying my best to not swear on this post because we are gatvol.
