Herotel

I'M AT MY WITS END, we have had very bad wifi I have sent so many emails to Herotel we have no TV iv spend so much money on data phoning emailing just goes no where they phone but it does not get sorted out. Iv pd my Acc half of last mnth we had the same problem. Paying my Acc for NOTHING. Can anyone pls put me on to a company in EL that gives great service. I'm frustrated angry and really just OVER IT!!!!
