Herotel

2025/05/09 Herotel is so pathetic. Last night 2025/05/08 our router out of no where just flicked a red light and there was no connection. We call herotel at around 18h00 and they promised to send a technician after all the steps we followed from the call center agent didn't work. Today at 8h00 my wife called to make a follow up about an technician my wife was asked who said the technician will come today? I called again at around 11h50 and I was told to wait for the technician because they don't know his or her schedule. This is so frustrating because my entertainment depends on the Wi-Fi and we can't even watch a television. What's worse they have their pole in my property which is generating money for them but they can't prioritize us as paying customers. I want their pole out of my property.
