Hero to Zero in 1ms

One month of terrible service. For some reason 2 different WIFI networks were set up and both are as terrible as the other. Every morning I have to struggle for at least 15 minutes to get my laptop connected. Phones are using their own network data, because the WIFI doesn't have internet. Streaming is impossible and when it works, you can't even finish a 20 minute program before it looses connectivity.

I've logged 2 calls already with no reply and no fix. I will not recommend this SP.
