Hero Tel bad services

a year or so ago Herotel came to my moms house in Idasvalley Dahlia street they in stalled two polls guaranteeing her if she had gotten the network that she would get one year free wifi we waited and waited for some one to come connect my mom nothing happened February this year I phoned to have them connect it as they agreed to do my mom informed the lad we installed everything that she was promised 1year free from installation so that is what we expected I gave my banking details as to when they would start deducting next year february here all of a sudden they start deducting every month was my mom not promised one year free so I phoned Herotel last week Friday the Lady promised me she would get back to me Today it is Thursday and I am still waiting on her call
