Heortel doesn't repsond

We are trying from the 9th of January that Herotel (Queenstown) repley on a request to upgrade the wi fi-system at the church office and home of the pastor. I phoned four times this morning. They promise everytime to phone back. Nobody is trying to phone back. The sales department is always in a meeting. This request is very urgent.
