Good day, I wish to write a review on Herotel

Good day, I wish to write a review on Herotel. I am extremely dissapointed in their service. My mother is in an old age home and wish to connect to fibre. Just two houses from her there is someone with fibre. The technicians has installed all the cables and a router was set up in her flat. Now its must be activated but we are waiting now for 6 months. Whenever I contact their customer services they just say please be patient. My oatience has run out
