Frustrating

This is the most frustrating company ever. My internet has been off for 3 days. There is no number to call, you can only text on WhatsApp and you manage to talk to an agent after hours of waiting only for them to tell me they can’t help me, they will call me back. I have been waiting for a call now I can’t work and I’m losing money
