Frustrated customer

I wanted to install WI-FI at my house, I did not have a good experience with Herotel, there was no communication from their team. Even after making the payment I was told that the technicians would come on Thurs of which they didn't l, I had to write an email of which I was told that they would come on a Saturday. I would not recommend them to anyone
