Frustrated!!

I've been a loyal customer for about 5 years and have never had issues with your service until now. Lately, the wifi has been ridiculously slow, and it's not just a one-off thing - I've reported it multiple times, and it gets better for like an hour, then it's back to buffering nonstop 😩.

As a content creator, this is killing me. Videos take over 3 hours to upload, and it's impacting my business. I'm supposed to pay my contract at the end of the month, but honestly, I'm not getting the service I pay for.
