From Hero to ZERO - ZERO(TEL) SERVICE FROM HEROTEL

Ref/Ticket Nos: 1) *** 2) *** 3) *** 4) more received each Ticket yet no resolution

Herotel has been giving ZERO service with ongoing network connectivity issues which they simply cannot resolve despite replacing our router

We have logged umpteen tickete and they run many uodates and yet cannot get to the bottom of why the signal drops/cuts out more frequently despite their fixes

I have however noted their drive for more business ans December promotion at R199 for 3 months while we pay 1k pm - clearly they cannot deliver a service to us as we have to bombard them with calls, whatsapps ans emails and are now told someone will revert - its going on a month now!

Herotel cannot sustain their current client's network supply thus becomes ZEROTEL as some units in our complex also have issues too

I've complained on FB too yesterday yet tonight the issue persists despite all our efforts to escalate etc we yet await a call but ZERO aka ZILCH!

WISH OUR BC COULD APPOINT ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER 🙄
