Fibre Installation - Not installed 20 days after

I am utterly disappointed, I paid for fiber installation on the 21st of September, they promised to install on two days after. It is now more than 20 days later and they still haven't installed. I have made countless calls, gone to their agents and whatsapped them, only for them to promise to send someone the next day and nothing. I've asked for a refund, and their agent in Refilwe Cullinan was just so rude and told me that he doesn't work for Herotel. I am losing money buying prepaid data when I have paid for internet. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, I think they just take installation money and don't install.
