Extremely bad experience wirh Herotel

Waiting more than 3 weeks just to extent a rooter to a area at home(calling customer service and waiting) . Customer service BAD IF you get through. Irretated by big companies with bad customer service. They promised today the work will be done. Well today is finished and no work done. Priorities Herotel
