Exceptionally poor service from Herotel

I have been struggling with my Herotel fibre for far over a year in Despatch, Eastern Cape. Most of the tim on my 50mps line i cannot even download or update an app on ny phone. I cant watch Netflix, Youtube or nothing. This has been reported several times. They refuse to give me my router login details, so i can see if somone is hacking my network. I am beyond frustrated with no resolution. When i tried to cancel, i had no response from them. My email was merely ignored. Please please people do not waste your money by subscribing to Herotel. They are useless. If anybody could please let me know if there is an Ombudsman that i can contact to sort this problem, otherwise i am going to take this further legally.
