I cannot understand how a business like this can stay in business. I see the reviews and yet people keep on subscribing to them. We as SA are really like sheep and just keep on following the herd.

This company is useless in customer care as they do not care. They do not walk any mile (left alone the extra mile), you cannot contact anyone but the poor person on the call centre and they are unable (or unwilling) to do anything.

Worse experience ever and add to it that being without internet for 3 days now is costing my business massively.
