Don't use Herotel Airband services.... its like you have no connection AND YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT!!!

Herotel Airband is a terrible isp..... helpdesk is not helpful... You get a mix of people with very bad attitudes.... no knowledge of the faults.... can't get hold of technicians.... waiting now a week for technicians to come out.... went at 1 stage 3 days with no connection because they couldn'tfind the keys to the high site... and currently sitting 18 hours with no internet connection.... Please don't use Herotel if you have other choices..... worst service....
