DON'T SIGN UP- REGRETTING EVERY SECOND

Worst customer service and worst connection ever. I have numerous times requested assistance as I'm only getting 20mbps for the 75mbps contract I'm paying. I just get ignored. Been trying to get help for over 3 months but nothing. Please never sign up with them they are the WORST
