DONT EVER SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY.......RATHER CHOOSE A DIFFERENT INTERNET SUPPLIER

Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!! If there was a star rating below this i would select it DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY I signed up with herotel Nelspruit for a year contract. A month before the contract ended i emailed and contacted them and informed them that i would not be renewing this contract. Only to find that they charged me for an additional month and listed me on a debt collectors which affected my credit score and i was unable to renew my cellphone contract due to this Its extremely disheartening when you as a client do everything right to avoid this and yet they charge you regardless I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY
