Do they have a Sales Department

What a painful experience to try and establish contact with the Herotel "Sales Department". Going through their automated dial-in process and pressing the digit for their Sales Department is absolutely fruitless. It never gets answered and on several occasions, we have asked a receptionist or whoever answers the phone to please contact the Salespeople to call us back. Every time a promise but after two weeks, that's all it remains promises. The irony is we actually want information from them to buy additional products from them as we are existing customers, but that proves to be a very difficult exercise. Surely this cannot be that difficult Herotel?
