Do NOT waste your money on Herotel

This is by far the worst ISP I have ever encountered. They fail on every level. • unusable, erratic, unreliable connectivity • a non-existent admin support team • no technical support over weekends • no responsibility for their inept service • blame clients for “lack of education” and “unrealistic expectations”

Do not waste your time or your money on Herotel. It is an endless pit of disappointment and frustration.

Their service is tantamount to theft.
