Do not use Herotel, they are terrible.

We have been without wifi for going on 3 weeks. Spent more than R100 airtime phoning and logging calls asking them to fix it. We have paid this month and last month and they couldn't be bothered to fix this. I work from home and rely on the internet to work. I have told them this but they couldn't be bothered. I do not recommend herotel as a service provider. I will be changing networks
