DO NOT USE

Been without internet for 24 hours. Phoned multiple times. No one at technical support has a clue what they are doing. Keep getting scripted answers - we logged a ticket etc. No one can tell me why and when it will be fixed. Poor customer service. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
