DO NOT GO FOR HEROTEL

I spoke to a lady Chriselda as well as a guy named Benny. I informed them that Fibre not working amd both told me that ill have to pay a call out fee for a techncian to be dispatched.

If you are expecting a Fibre company that is quick to resolve issues and is not always down, Herotel is not the company to go with. They are tsotsis that will tell you about a callout fee when Fibre is down. Do not go for it!!!!!!!!!!!
