Dissatisfactory Customer Service

Herotel Kanana is ***********. Our internet connection has been off the whole of the Easter weekend. We’ve reached out on multiple occasions but have been met with a very dissatisfactory service. Apparently they have no technicians on standby and they’ve promised to call back to assist us with the current issue but have not kept to their promise.
