Dissatisfaction about herotel wifi

I need assistance i have been experiencing a problem with my wifi connection I tried to report this at herotel I was paying a package of R429 without connecting hoping that they will fix it I then down size to R99 they promise to send technician to check the week is almost finished without being able to connect still after I have paid
