Dismissal customer service

Herotel has been the most frustrating service provider I have ever dealt with. The service is unreliable, and communication is even worse. On multiple occasions, I have been told that a technician is scheduled and will contact me — yet no one ever calls. There is no follow-through and no accountability. As a customer, you are left waiting with no updates and no solutions. The pattern is always the same: promises made, no technician call, no resolution. It feels like customers are not taken seriously. I would not recommend Herotel to anyone who values reliability, professionalism, and honest communication. Very disappointing experience.
