Disgusting and poor service!

I'm utterly disgusted by the service I have received by Herotel. I app**** for a Fibre line over a week ago, got an order number and was promised that techs will be send out four days after, to this day, literally a week later, absolutely nothing.

I just want to know if they are still interested in providing me with the service. As I am working from home and if not, why is it taking them a week to let me know that I must ****** off.
