Disappointed client for no payments needed

Herotel provides great independent connections, however I had issues previously whereby as a paying client I was disconnected because my neighbour installed wifi and apparently my line I was already using was theirs so they connected them a a new client and disconnected me until technician could come out. There was no credit given to me for the days I never had wifi, as the person I am j left the matter and paid the full amount a week before my Oct debit I receive constant emails that my account will be suspended as I have been 18days overdue of R0 I wish I could upload a screen shot because it is actually embarrassing that a customer receive suspended letters showing the amount outstanding is R 0.
