Disappointed and unhappy about the service I'm currently receiving.

Very unhappy with the service. I have been without data for more than 10 days however, no one is willing to assist. I am losing money because I have been trying to call. I have to buy myself mobile data because my wifi is not working. I am working from home so I need wifi. This is so unacceptable and disappointing.
