Disappointed

I have paid herotel last month on the 25 till today I am still waiting for installation.i called and asked when can I expect installation they said within 7 days it's more than 7 days with no service...the guy who was supposed to install he was fighting over the call saying they can't assist me because they called on weekend and I was unavailable. Very disappointed I wish there was a way to be refunded back....my smart tv it's been working with data from my phone to connect so I can watch it I really hate their service
