Difficult to cancel my contract

Good day, I have been sending multiple emails in regards for assistance in canceling my contract but no one is responding, when I chose to call them and they heard I wished to cancel the lady made me wait on a silent line and the phone just went of, when they finally reply they tell me it can't get canceled or there will be a penalty fee for not submitting it 30 days prior ,I then waited another month now they tell me my contract only ends end of July but I have the email they sent me showing me it ends the end June, now I have to wait till next month and try again ,they are trying to avoid loosing a customer by ******** me every time.

Please can someone assist me ,with the cancellation process
