I’ve had a decent experience with Herotel overall. They’re the best (and only) reliable option in my area for 5G, and their customer support has been helpful when needed.

That said, it’s frustrating not being able to access my own router settings, which most providers allow. I also experience a daily issue where the internet doesn’t work in the mornings and requires multiple router restarts to fix.

It works, but there’s definitely room for improvement.
