Daylight *******, Herotel is terrible

This is the worst thing that can ever happen, I've been paying my account every month, I've never missed a payment but I recently lost my job so the payments are a bit delayed. Yesterday herotel decided to deactivate my WiFi, yet they took my money. I use the internet to apply for jobs, when I called in , the lady was so rude , she didn't see the need to try and assist or call her line supervisor . I saw no way forward with her so I decided to leave the conversation altogether, I simply told her I understand and said my good-bye politely
