Customer service is just a word...

Absolutely ********** experience as their customer...bad service! If I could,id change service provider in a second,but since they are the only fibre provider at the cost;I am obliged to still use their service! As I phoned them earlier,the consultant had a private call continuously as I was holding...I've waisted nearly R900 on them!
