Customer Care and Service Expectations Exceeded by the Herotel Vryburg Team

I have recently interacted with Herotel Vryburg Branch yesterday as I have been dissatisfied with my current ISP and I have to admit that Herotel has exceeded all my expectations in each and every way possible!

The signup process was fairly simple and took less than 5 minutes to complete, I received a secure link to upload my FICA requirements and also received an email with my contractual agreement right after signup.

I work from home and require a stable and reliable internet connection so I phone Herotel to enquire as to how the billing would work and when they would be able to do the installation for me. The friendly staff properly explained the billing process to me and the service team explained to me that there was a two to three week waiting period for new installations in the area. I explained my situation with regards to my internet requirements for working purposes and they mentioned that they would make out an urgent job card for me.

My expectation was that I would perhaps have to wait a week for the installation. To my utter surprised, they phoned me this morning, asked whether I was home and said that the technicians would be at my residence within 30 minutes.

The installation took perhaps an hour and a half and my internet is now up and running and the speed and service is unmatched in the area.

I would like to extend my many thank and greatest compliments to every person on the Herotel Vryburg team who assisted me with Herotel Fiber to the home.

You have done more than a fantastic job and you have by far exceeded my expectations!
