Customer care and admin and finance departments

There admin and customer care is the worst I have experienced in a long time almost comparing to the government departments. Been battling for two weeks just to get a reconnection after I canceled it because I was going to move, but then did not move and asked them to reinstate my account. Still not done. There Wi-Fi is great though.
