Connectivity and poor service from Herotel team

Been struggling to get internet connection after loadshedding comes back to Eskom. Takes 20+minutes. Taken up with Herotel for the past month and a half to no avail. Paying for 50mbps line but still streaming and Disney+ and youtube buffers.

Highly dissapointed in the service I got this past couple of weeks
