Connection

Good day, I bought a prepaid voucher on 31/03/2025 and I haven't had connection since that day. I have been calling the call center and I have sent an email to their customer to advise them that I don't have connection after I bought their voucher n I keep getting emails that the problem is resolved that has not even been resolved yet. Today is the 14th of April 2 weeks after I bought the voucher and I still have a connection problem. And apparently some of my neighbors are also affected and I think the problem might have been cost by the rain and they should Sent one of their technicians to come n look at the problem instead of them sending a false information email to say that the problem. I called their call center this morning and their putting me from pillar to post. I'm really not happy with their service at all.
