Confused by the service

I received a call earlier for installation which I did not sign up for. I was asked to upload a copy of my ID to finish with the application and I didn’t. They called and I told them that I have worries about the signal/internet connectivity in Paulpietersburg and the guy was supposed to call me back around 4PM.

Now I just read your terms and conditions that if you decide to cancel with the 1st 12 months you will be liable for the installation costs so better not come to install if that’s the case because if it’s a month to month and I am not happy within the 1st week/month I WILL DEFINITELY CANCEL so better save each other’s time and don’t install anything.
