Complaint herotel Potchefstroom / Safricom

We have been asking for 3 weeks now for a technician to come out and move our fiber for us. We have paid for a service not rendered and just keep getting automated responses. This is utterly unacceptable. Please can a manager get in touch with in regards to the poor service you offer! Herotel Potchefstroom
