Big problems at Herotel

Opened a Herotel account on 1 Feb 2023. Paid a R450 connection fee on the same day. Waited 4 weeks (27 Feb) to be connected. Account got suspended on 18 March 2023 for not paying the connection fee!!! Incredible!!! Super poor service experience across all my interactions with them, in sales, technical and accounts. A surprisingly poor performance by a Remgro owned company. To top it off, they suspend this student account on a weekend, when their office is closed, and when semester tests start on the Monday.
